WHICH SKIN TYPES ARE RHODE PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?

All rhode products are developed in partnership with dermatologists and chemists. They are formulated and suitable for all skin types :) Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS VEGAN OR CRUELTY FREE?

Yes. All rhode products are vegan, cruelty-free, and certified by Leaping Bunny & PETA.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS NUT FREE?

We do not currently use any added ingredients that appear on the FDA's tree nut allergy list. We do use other nut and seed oils, like babassu (Orbignya Oleifera Seed Oil) and cupuaçu (Theobroma Grandiflorum Seed Butter) and work to fully convey this ingredient information through our packaging and website in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations. Additionally, our products are not manufactured in a nut-free facility so there is always the very small possibility of cross-contamination with tree nuts.

ARE ALL RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS FRAGRANCE FREE?

Yes, all rhode products are available without fragrance.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS PREGNANCY SAFE?

Though nothing in our formula has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding persons, we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your providers for review before usage.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS CLEAN?

Rhode products are formulated with high global standards. Though we are direct-to-consumer, our ingredient lists are in line with the clean standards specified by third-party retailers such as Sephora and ULTA.

Email our team at hello@rhodeskin.com (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions.

DO YOU OFFER A RECYCLING PROGRAM OR INCENTIVE?

Yes—you can ship back at least 3 empty products if you'd like us to recycle them for you. Email hello@rhodeskin.com for a complimentary shipping label and a code for 10% off your next order.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship same day. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.


On average, USA orders are delivered within 3-4 business days after fulfillment, sometimes sooner. Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process before shipping.

Orders to Canada generally arrive within 5-9 business days for most provinces but can take longer depending on the province. Please review our Canada-specific shipping FAQ for estimate transit times on each province.

Orders to the United Kingdom generally arrive within 5-7 business days for most countries but can take longer depending on the country. Please review our UK-specific shipping FAQ for estimated transit times for each country.

We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

In the USA, Standard Shipping is available for most domestic locations via DHL (3-4 business days after fulfillment) for $4.95. Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $40 within the continental USA (does not apply to Priority Shipping Methods).

Priority Shipping is available for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO for $12.95. You may experience longer delivery times if you're shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO.

Standard Shipping to Canada costs CA$14 on all orders under CA$110 and arrives within 5-9 business days (see DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA FAQ for more details by province). We offer free shipping on orders to Canada over CA$110. Express shipping is available for CA$20 and delivers in in 2-3 business days (not including processing time).

Standard Shipping to the United Kingdom costs £10 on all orders under £95 and arrives within 5-7 business days (see DO YOU SHIP TO UNITED KINGDOM FAQ for more details by country). We offer free shipping on orders to the UK over £95. Express shipping is available for £24 and delivers in 3-4 business days (not including processing time).

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO. We also ship to Canada and the United Kingdom.

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?

Yes! We offer shipping to all provinces and territories in Canada. Standard Shipping arrives on average within 5-9 business days and costs CA$14 on all orders under CA$110. We offer free shipping on orders to Canada over CA$110. We also offer express shipping delivered in 2-3 business days (not including processing time) for CA$20.

Standard Shipping arrives on average within 5-7 business days and costs £10 on all orders under £95. We offer free shipping on orders to the UK over £95. We also offer express shipping delivered in 3-4 business days (not including processing time) for £24.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR DUTIES OR TAXES?

For Canada, duties are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments to Canada. Tax is added separately at checkout.

For the United Kingdom, both duties and VAT are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments to the UK.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we only ship within the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We’re aiming to be available in additional countries in the future! Sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of our website to be notified when shipping to your country becomes available.

Please note: We do not support the use of freight forwarders. If you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third party international shipping service for packages to arrive to a country where we currently do not ship, we cannot guarantee any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivering to a freight forwarder or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations.

CAN I REMOVE A SAVED PAYMENT METHOD?

Yes, just select Manage Payment Methods in checkout. Next to a payment method, click Edit or Remove.

I CAN'T LOGIN/FORGOT MY PASSWORD!

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

As a new brand, we have a limited amount of inventory available for customers to purchase. To ensure access to our products, our fraud system may cancel orders from customers attempting to rapidly purchase within a short duration, to protect all parties. It’s in violation of our terms and conditions to create multiple accounts in order to place orders.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?

Orders placed directly to Canada and the United Kingdom from rhodeskin.com are eligible for returns. To start the return process, email our team at hello@rhodeskin.com (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivered to a freight forwarder to international locations or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations (USA, Canada, and the UK).

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at hello@rhodeskin.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
