WHICH SKIN TYPES ARE RHODE PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?

All rhode products are developed in partnership with dermatologists and chemists. They are formulated and suitable for all skin types :) Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS VEGAN OR CRUELTY-FREE?

Yes. All rhode products are vegan, cruelty-free, and certified by Leaping Bunny & PETA.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS NUT-FREE?

Some of our products contain nut and seed oils and we work to fully convey this ingredient information through the ingredient list on our packaging and our website in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations. Additionally, our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes products that contain nuts, so there is a possibility of cross-contamination (including tree nuts).

Common nut, seed and other allergens like coconut are listed below by product. However, you are advised to review the full ingredient listings for each product before purchase and use, which can be found on our website by using the links below.

ARE ALL RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS FRAGRANCE-FREE?

Yes, all rhode products are available without fragrance.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS PREGNANCY SAFE?

Though nothing in our formula has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding persons, however we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare providers for review before using.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS CLEAN?

Rhode products are formulated with high global standards. Though we are direct-to-consumer, our ingredient lists are in line with the clean standards specified by third-party retailers such as Sephora and ULTA.

WHAT IF A RHODE PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME?

Email our team at hello@rhodeskin.com (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions.

DO YOU OFFER A RECYCLING PROGRAM OR INCENTIVE?

Yes—you can ship back at least 3 empty products if you'd like us to recycle them for you. Email hello@rhodeskin.com for a complimentary shipping label.

See our holiday shipping deadlines to make sure you get your gifts by December 24. Based on your shipping country, orders placed after these dates will be received after December 24. These dates are approximate and we are not responsible for any carrier delays after an order leaves our warehouse.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship the same day. However, sometimes it can take longer, so please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. During high order volume periods, please allow up to 3-5 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. The estimated processing times will be displayed at checkout when you select your shipping method.

You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.


On average, USA orders are delivered within 3-4 business days (not including processing time), sometimes sooner. Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process before shipping.

Orders to Canada generally arrive within 5-9 business days (not including processing time) for most provinces but can take longer depending on the province. Please review our Canada-specific shipping FAQ for estimate transit times on each province.

Orders to the United Kingdom generally arrive within 1-3 business days (not including processing time) for most countries but can take longer depending on the country. Please review our UK-specific shipping FAQ for estimated transit times for each country. While most orders will ship out of the UK, select products may ship from our US facilities which will generally arrive in 5-7 business days. Please review transit time estimates which will be displayed at checkout.

Orders to Europe generally arrive within 9-13 business days for most countries but can take longer depending on the country. Please review our EU-specific shipping FAQ for estimated transit times for each country.

We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

In the USA, Standard Shipping is available for most domestic locations via DHL (3-4 business days after fulfillment) for $5.95. Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $45 within the continental USA (does not apply to Priority Shipping Methods).

Priority Shipping is available for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO for $12.95. You may experience longer delivery times if you're shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO.

Standard Shipping to Canada costs CA$10 on all orders under CA$110 and arrives within 5-9 business days after fulfilling (see DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA FAQ for more details by province). We offer free shipping on orders to Canada over CA$110.

Standard Shipping to the United Kingdom costs £7 on all orders under £70 and arrives within 1-3 business days after fulfilling (see DO YOU SHIP TO UNITED KINGDOM FAQ for more details by country). We offer free shipping on orders to the UK over £70.

Standard Shipping to Europe costs €10 on all orders under €70 and arrives within 9-13 business days after fulfilling (see DO YOU SHIP TO EUROPE FAQ for more details by country). We offer free shipping on orders to the EU over €70.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR DUTIES OR TAXES?

For Canada, duties are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments to Canada. Tax is added separately at checkout.

For the United Kingdom and Europe, both duties and VAT are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments to the UK or Europe.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we only ship within the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom and select European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain & Ireland). We’re aiming to be available in additional countries in the future! Sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of our website to be notified when shipping to your country becomes available.

Please note: We do not support the use of freight forwarders. If you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third party international shipping service for packages to arrive to a country where we currently do not ship, we cannot guarantee any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivering to a freight forwarder or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations.

WHERE CAN I BUY RHODE IN PERSON?

We currently ship to the following locations: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland and Spain. At this time, we do not have any physical locations where you can buy rhode—but please subscribe to our email and SMS list to get further updates on brand launches and news.

WILL THE CANADA POST STRIKE DELAY MY ORDER?

We’re closely monitoring updates from the Canada Post strike, which has created shipping delays and affected our ability to deliver to PO boxes and rural areas. We will resume normal shipping as soon as their services are restored, but wanted to share some resources in the meantime. Thank you for your patience <3

Considering placing an order?
For orders shipping to PO boxes and rural areas, we recommend shipping directly to a verified carrier location such as UPS or FedEx, or an Amazon locker if you have one in your area.

Already placed an order?
Your tracking link will have the most up-to-date delivery info. Orders shipped to PO boxes and remote areas will be held at the closest Canada Post terminal to the final delivery point.

You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay. Installments are available through Afterpay in the US and Canada and through Clearpay in the UK, subject to approval.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.

CAN I REMOVE A SAVED PAYMENT METHOD?

Yes, just select Manage Payment Methods in checkout. Next to a payment method, click Edit or Remove.

I CAN'T LOGIN/FORGOT MY PASSWORD!

No sweat, just select the prompt to reset it and save it for next time :)

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

As a new brand, we have a limited amount of inventory available for customers to purchase. To ensure access to our products, our fraud system may cancel orders from customers attempting to rapidly purchase within a short duration, to protect all parties. It’s in violation of our terms and conditions to create multiple accounts in order to place orders.

To start the return process, email our team at hello@rhodeskin.com (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for any international orders. 

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivered to a freight forwarder to international locations or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations (USA, Canada, the UK and the countries in Europe we ship to directly).

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at hello@rhodeskin.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
