WHICH SKIN TYPES ARE RHODE PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?

All rhode products are developed in partnership with dermatologists and chemists. They are formulated and suitable for all skin types :) Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS VEGAN OR CRUELTY-FREE?

Yes. All rhode products are vegan, cruelty-free, and certified by Leaping Bunny & PETA.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS NUT-FREE?

Some of our products contain nut and seed oils and we work to fully convey this ingredient information through the ingredient list on our packaging and our website in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations. Additionally, our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes products that contain nuts, so there is a possibility of cross-contamination (including tree nuts).

Common nut, seed and other allergens like coconut are listed below by product. However, you are advised to review the full ingredient listings for each product before purchase and use, which can be found on our website by using the links below.

ARE ALL RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS FRAGRANCE-FREE?

Yes, all rhode skincare products are available without fragrance.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS PREGNANCY SAFE?

Though nothing in our formula has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding persons, we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare providers for review before using.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS CLEAN?

Rhode products are formulated with high global standards. Though we are direct-to-consumer, our ingredient lists are in line with the clean standards specified by third-party retailers such as Sephora and ULTA.

WHAT IF A RHODE PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME?

Contact us (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions.

To return an order placed with Sephora or MECCA, please reach out to the retailer directly for further support.

CAN I TRUST RHODE PRODUCTS FROM THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?

Our only sales channels are rhodeskin.com, our verified Instagram Shop and Tiktok Shop, as well as Sephora (US, Canada, UK) and MECCA (Australia, New Zealand). If you purchase rhode products from any other source, we cannot guarantee that you’re buying genuine products or vouch for their authenticity, quality, or condition. These products may not meet our standards—and in some cases, may be counterfeit.

DO YOU OFFER A RECYCLING PROGRAM OR INCENTIVE?

Yes—you can ship back at least 3 empty products if you'd like us to recycle them for you. Contact us for a complimentary shipping label.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to ship, including orders marked for express delivery. During times of high volume, orders may take up to 4-5 business days to ship. The estimated processing times will be displayed at checkout when you select your shipping method. 

You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier. 

On average, USA orders are delivered within 3-4 business days (not including processing time), sometimes sooner. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO may take 5-7 business days. 

Orders to Canada generally arrive within 5-9 business days (not including processing time) for most provinces but can take longer depending on the province. Please review our Canada-specific shipping FAQ for estimated transit times in each province. 

Orders to the United Kingdom generally arrive within 1-3 business days (not including processing time) for most countries but can take longer depending on the country. Please review our UK-specific shipping FAQ for estimated transit times for each country. While most orders will ship out of the UK, select products may ship from our US facilities which will generally arrive in 5-7 business days. Please review transit time estimates which will be displayed at checkout. 

Orders to Europe generally arrive within 5-12 business days (not including processing time) for most countries but can take longer depending on the country. Please review our EU-specific shipping FAQ for estimated transit times for each country. While most orders will ship out of the UK, select products may ship from our US facilities which will generally arrive in 9-13 business days. Please review transit time estimates which will be displayed at checkout. 

Orders to Australia and New Zealand generally arrive within 6-12 business days (not including processing time) for most regions but can take longer depending on the region. Please review our Australia + New Zealand-specific shipping FAQ for estimated transit times in each province.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR DUTIES OR TAXES?

For Canada, duties are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments to Canada. Tax is added separately at checkout.

For the United Kingdom and Europe, both duties and VAT are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments to the UK or Europe.

For Australia and New Zealand, both duties and taxes are included in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments to Australia and New Zealand.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and Sweden. We will begin shipping to Australia and New Zealand on February 12th, 2026.

Please note: We do not support the use of freight forwarders. If you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third party international shipping service for packages to arrive to a country where we currently do not ship, we cannot guarantee any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivering to a freight forwarder or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations.

Within the US, Canada and UK, rhode is also available in all free-standing Sephora locations and on Sephora.com. Product availability varies by store, so please reach out to your local Sephora for assistance.

Starting February 12th, 2026 in Australia and New Zealand, rhode will also be available in select free-standing MECCA locations and on MECCA.com. Product availability varies by store, so please reach out to your local Mecca store for assistance.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER?

You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay. Installments are available through Afterpay in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, and through Clearpay in the UK, subject to approval.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.

CAN I REMOVE A SAVED PAYMENT METHOD?

Yes, just select Manage Payment Methods in checkout. Next to a payment method, click Edit or Remove.

I CAN'T LOGIN/FORGOT MY PASSWORD!

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

As a new brand, we have a limited amount of inventory available for customers to purchase. To ensure access to our products, our fraud system may cancel orders from customers attempting to rapidly purchase within a short duration, to protect all parties. It’s in violation of our terms and conditions to create multiple accounts in order to place orders.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we determine our refund policy is being abused.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?

Orders placed directly to Canada, the United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Australia, and New Zealand from rhodeskin.com are eligible for returns. To start the return process, contact us (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for any EU, Australia, or New Zealand orders currently.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivered to a freight forwarder to international locations or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations (USA, Canada, the UK and the countries in Europe we ship to directly).

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact us immediately with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
