WHICH SKIN TYPES ARE RHODE PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?

All rhode products are developed in partnership with dermatologists and chemists. They are formulated and suitable for all skin types :) Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS VEGAN OR CRUELTY FREE?

Yes. All rhode products are vegan, cruelty-free, and certified by Leaping Bunny & PETA.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS NUT FREE?

We do not use any intentionally added nut ingredients in our formulas. However, our products are not manufactured in a nut-free facility so there is always the very small possibility of a cross-contamination.

ARE ALL RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS FRAGRANCE FREE?

Yes, all rhode products are available without fragrance.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS PREGNANCY SAFE?

Though nothing in our formula has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding persons, we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your providers for review before usage.

ARE RHODE SKINCARE PRODUCTS CLEAN?

Rhode products are formulated with high global standards. Though we are direct-to-consumer, our ingredient lists are in line with the clean standards specified by third-party retailers such as Sephora and ULTA.

WHAT IF A RHODE PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME?

Email our team at hello@rhodeskin.com (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions.

DO YOU OFFER A RECYCLING PROGRAM OR INCENTIVE?

Yes—you can ship back at least 3 empty products if you'd like us to recycle them for you. Email hello@rhodeskin.com for a complimentary shipping label and a code for 10% off your next order.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created.

On average, orders are delivered 5-7 business days after fulfillment. We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Standard Shipping, available for most domestic locations (5-7 business days after fulfillment) is $4.95. Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $40 within the continental USA (does not apply to Priority Shipping Methods). Priority Shipping is available for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO for $12.95. You may experience longer delivery times if you're shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO.

We ship to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO.

Please note: We do not support the use of freight forwarders. If you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third party international shipping service for packages to arrive to a country where we currently do not ship, we cannot guarantee any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivering to a freight forwarder or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations.

You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.

CAN I REMOVE A SAVED PAYMENT METHOD?

Yes, just select Manage Payment Methods in checkout. Next to a payment method, click Edit or Remove.

I CAN'T LOGIN/FORGOT MY PASSWORD!

No sweat, just select the prompt to reset it and save it for next time :)

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

As a new brand, we have a limited amount of inventory available for customers to purchase. To ensure access to our products, our fraud system may cancel orders from customers attempting to rapidly purchase within a short duration, to protect all parties. It’s in violation of our terms and conditions to create multiple accounts in order to place orders.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at hello@rhodeskin.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume, including Black Friday, we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
