    Beauty has no gender

    I went into Sephora excited to finally try Rhode in person, and honestly the experience with some workers wasn’t the best. I overheard comments basically implying Hailey was “just a white girl” and that I shouldn’t be spending my money on the brand, but I decided to form my own opinion instead of listening to negativity. I ended up trying almost the full routine in store, and what was funny is employees started complimenting my skin and asking what I was using before realizing I had Rhode products all over my face already. After that, it felt like they kept trying to push me toward different brands, which was disappointing, but I still loved being able to test everything myself and see what genuinely worked for me. I ended up loving the barrier set and just picked up a lip treatment too. Definitely hoping to get one of the Rhode bags someday when I run out and restock.
